BEFORE COMMISION REQUESTS
⦿ To request a drawing, you must be of legal age (+18)
⦿ All works produced by me are under my ownership. Purchasing the rights off the ilustration will be an extra charge that will need to negociate if the work will be used commercialy.
⦿ I reserve the right to accept or deny any commission for any reason.
⦿ I open commision when ever i have time and slots may variery depending on the amount of work i have, I only accept full payment upfront.
⦿ Differentiating prices may be incurred as extra based on your commission's complexity ( like character outfit or design).
⦿ If you send me a message, it will be exclusive to commision work and if you have already the payment for the ilustration you want, other types of messages i wont answer.
⦿ I also recommend reading the sections on what I draw and what I don't (found below), since it depends on whether or not the commission's idea is accepted.

HAVE THESE READY...⦿ The type of commission you want, with a good description of the idea.
⦿ Name and reference of the character you want (if you give me more references and examples, i can deliver a better work)

I do not give refunds of the money, since I ask before the payment is made that the idea and what the client wants to see be explained well, and there are examples of what can be obtained and what the client can receive. customer.
A refund will only be made if it is a very particular situation of the person who told me about it or for any reason I cannot complete the drawing, in that case a full refund of the money in question will be made.

CONTENT POLICY⦿ I WILL NOT DRAW: Offensive content directed towards any individual or group (examples: hate speech, LGBTQphobia, racism, slander, religious hate, etc.), illegal actions, gore-heavy content, photo-realism, overly-complex machinery/mechanoids.
⦿ If for ever reason you have any doubt of something that didnt appear here regarding what i could draw or not, on your commision request you can ask me if i can draw it, so will be sure if the request can pass
⦿ Regarding NSFW, The only thing i can do is Nude pinups of Female characters, that means only nudity (no penetration or stuff regarding sexual intercourse), i wont draw anything pass that ( Also, this adds an extra price to the work if its requested).

FOR THE CUSTOMER
⦿ I will regularly be updating you with progression on your commission, one check-in per stage of the commission. Sketch, then Lineart, and before the final work, a color check.
⦿ Adjustments and tweaks are accepted all throughout the commission's progression; the only exception to this rule is when a commission is completed. After the completion of a commission, i wont do any chainges to the work.
⦿If it takes me longer than necessary to deliver the progress of your drawing, whether it is 1-2 weeks without delivering a sketch or something, in that case you can appeal for a refund of your money if you wish, but if I deliver progress in the period of 1 week after making the payment, the commission can no longer be refunded.
